The cost of the empty leg moving the aircraft from its current base to your departure airport. This is why identical routes price differently day to day — we surface the closest-positioned operators live.
11% Landing & handling
Landing fees, ramp parking, FBO handling, and overnight hangar costs at both origin and destination. Busy slots like TEB and HPN carry higher handling than secondary fields.
7.5% Federal Excise Tax

How long is a quote valid?
Indicative quotes are typically valid for 24 to 48 hours because operator aircraft availability and repositioning costs change in real time. After that window your coordinator re-runs live availability to refresh the three options.
Can prices change after the quote?
Yes. Estimates can move with fuel, repositioning legs, peak-day demand, airport slot availability, overnight hangar costs, and seasonal de-ice. Your instant quote shows the all-in range upfront; the formal operator quote at booking is the binding figure.
What does all-in include?
