The broker behind this site
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Instant Jet Quote. References to “we” in this notice mean Charter Jet One acting for Instant Jet Quote.
Information you provide
Your name, email address and telephone number; the trip itself (airports, dates, passenger numbers and notes); and your answer to the optional offers box.
Information that comes with your visit
The page that referred you and any campaign parameters in the link you used, such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. This site runs no analytics cookies, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
How the information is used
To prepare and send quotes; to contact you about this trip by email, telephone or text message; to arrange the flight with the operating carrier if you book; to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and, only where you opted in, to send occasional offers. Answering any of those offers with a request to stop is enough to end them.
Disclosure to others
Operating carriers and the vendors involved in quoting and booking, such as handling agents and our hosting and email providers, receive what they need for that purpose. Authorities receive information when the law compels it. Selling or renting personal information is something we do not do.
Retention
Requests are kept while we respond and follow up; booking records are kept for the periods tax, accounting and aviation rules require. Afterwards the information is deleted or anonymized.
Access, correction and deletion
Answer any email we have sent you, or write to us through the quote form, to ask for a copy of your information, a correction or its deletion. Rights given to you by the law of your state or country are honored as well.
Cookies and fonts
Only cookies strictly needed for the site to function are used. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which processes your IP address in order to deliver them.
Protection
Requests are transmitted in encrypted form, and access is restricted to staff working on them.
Minors
The site is intended for adults, and information from children under 16 is not knowingly collected. Charters for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
Revisions
A revised notice will carry a new effective date on this page.
