The broker
Instant Jet Quote is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. We arrange flights on aircraft we do not own or operate; each flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier.
Estimates
Prices, flight times and specifications published here are illustrative estimates. They are not offers to sell and may be revised at any time.
Quotes
Quotes are non-binding estimates built from your request and from information operators give us. A booking is formed only by a signed charter agreement, and the identity and details of the operating carrier are disclosed to you before booking.
Availability
Aircraft remain subject to availability and to the operator’s confirmation until booked. If a quoted aircraft is committed elsewhere first, we will offer the nearest alternatives we can find.
Taxes, fees and variable charges
Unless a quote states otherwise, domestic US quotes include the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees. Variable charges, such as de-icing, additional waiting time and itinerary changes, are billed under the charter agreement. International trips carry their own taxes and fees, which the quote itemizes.
Payment and cancellation
Payment schedules, change fees and cancellation charges are governed by the charter agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.
Operational control
The pilot in command may delay, divert or cancel a flight for reasons of safety, weather, air traffic control or regulation.
Passenger obligations
Passengers must supply accurate details, carry valid identification and travel documents, and comply with crew instructions and the operator’s baggage and conduct rules.
Liability
The site is provided as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not excluded, and matters concerning a flight are governed by the charter agreement.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design and images are owned by us or used under license and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Governing law
The laws of the United States and of the State of New York govern these terms and any dispute about them.
Amendments
Amended terms take effect from the date shown on this page.
