About Instant Jet Quote

An air charter broker built around one idea: you should be able to read your quote.

What we are

A broker that shows its working.

We arrange private jet charters for individuals, families and companies. We find suitable aircraft, agree prices with the operators that fly them, and manage the details of the trip. The flying itself is done by certificated carriers that hold operational control of each flight.

Charter pricing has a reputation for being opaque. Most of the opacity comes from presentation: a single total, or an hourly rate with “plus fees.” Our quotes take the opposite approach. Every line is priced and explained, so you can compare options properly and see where a price could move.

About the name

The request is instant. The quote is careful.

Sending us your trip takes about a minute. Preparing the quote takes as long as it takes your advisor to check real aircraft with real operators, which is the only way to give you a figure that reflects your dates rather than a table of averages.

We would rather send you a price that holds than a fast number that changes when you try to book.

How a quote is built

Five stages, one advisor.

  1. I

    Your request

Route, dates, passengers and anything particular: pets, luggage, catering, timing.

  2. II

    Operator outreach

Your advisor asks FAA Part 135 operators, or foreign equivalents abroad, for aircraft that fit.

  3. III

    Checks

Each operator’s certificate, insurance and safety audit ratings are reviewed before its aircraft reaches you.

  4. IV

    The layout

Every option is priced line by line, with an all-in total and anything uncertain named.

  5. V

    Your decision

You compare, ask questions and choose. A booking exists only once you sign the charter agreement.

Standards

Who flies you, and how we check.

Certificated carriers

FAA Part 135 in the US, or the foreign equivalent abroad. The operator holds the certificate, the crew and the responsibility.

Audits on the record

Where an operator holds ARGUS, Wyvern or IS-BAO ratings, we tell you which, and what they mean.

Rested crews

Duty and rest limits are federal rules; schedules and late changes are planned within them.

One advisor

The person who prepares your quote handles the trip through to landing.

What we won’t do

No memberships. No guesswork.

We don’t sell memberships or jet cards, and we don’t ask for a deposit to prepare a quote. We don’t publish live prices on this site, because a charter price only exists for a specific aircraft on specific dates. The figures you see here are estimates to help you plan; your quote is the price.

Your details are used to quote and arrange your trip, and for offers only if you ask for them. The privacy notice explains the rest.

See it on your own trip.

Send the route and dates. Your quote arrives itemized and all-in, with the operator named before you book.
